HELLO !! It’s me again, here to leave another DISSATISFIED review since the owner has failed to reply to my emails regarding a full refund of the service that was provided to me. I came here 2 weeks ago for a manicure/nail fix and the result was completely not worth it! What’s worse is the owners lack of accountability and rectification of this issue. I had a super hectic week and came in just to check off one thing off of my list and do self care. I didn’t have an appointment so I walked in and waited about 40 minutes since I had to get it done and there were no more appointments for the next day (vday weekend).
