First thing I want to say about my first experience it was great. The Dentist who worked on me had a had challange,I forgot her name, she was a ROCK STAR! She called me later that night to touch base to see how I was! Fast forward, I broke a tooth and was in pain! I called got answering machine, left message and no reply. Called the next day ,in pain, and again answering machine and no reply! 3rd day and a reply, told them I got it taken care of! Man I should have read the reviews before I got in there. I will not even give it one star. Does not deserve it. They have no conception of people who do not have dental insurance. I had taken my uppers to get realigned it took them three times sending them back saying they were done. Hopefully when I go tomorrow they are done. And yet the office demands payment in full. My bottom denture lost a tooth within three weeks of having them and never did fit right. Sent them back twice. This means I am left with no teeth and have ... read more
I left a good review for this place last year, but my opinion has changed. Drastically. I got a crown done here (at the dentist's urging) It's fallen off at least six times since I got it done here less than two years ago. The last two times it lasted two weeks, and then only four days. I went to another dentist and found out that Dr. Moledena didn't remove the original filling, and made the crown so shallow that it didn't have a chance in hell of staying on.
