I am so incredibly happy to see Christen back on the schedule! I genuinely wish she could give a masterclass on how to teach at Barry’s because her energy is just perfect. Her classes challenge me physically but completely recharge me emotionally. I can’t say enough good things about her teaching style. Great first experience at Barry’s! Our instructor Josey was outstanding! Even this 69 year old enjoyed the class and will be back again!
