I wish I had read the reviews before I called this idiot. He is the biggest rip off. Just left and I feel totally taken advantage of. He couldn’t fix my problem at all couldn’t tell me anything. He bad attitude and then proceeded to charge me an additional half hour “minimum labor charge” and the total cost $122 and change for absolutely nothing. Would not recommend using him at all. He charged me $120+ dollars for the consultation and said my dishwasher needed a new part that would cost more to repair than buying a new machine. I listened to his advice and purchased a new dishwasher and had someone else install it. It turned out there was nothing wrong with the old dishwasher, but instead there was a clog in the water line (which you would think he would've checked given the only problem was water wasn't going to the machine). Awful - started ok repairing my refrigerator, until two days later I realized he didn't fix it and in fact replaced the incorrect part. The initial repair was very expensive, so before I had him come back, I made sure to ask him how he will handle the second visit and repair considering he did not fix the initial probem. His exact words were "if its my fault, its free of charge". Needless to say he came back out, we found the culprit and he still charged me another ridiculous amount of money. I just called to see if they can come out and fix my washer machine. I have 3 kids and laundry piles up quickly. Well, they couldn't get out to my house until Tuesday and i'm leaving for south carolina. So i asked him if I could book the appointment so I have a slot, unless I could find someone else to come out on emergency. The guy said , "No thanks!" and then hung up on me. Charged us $100 just to look at our dryer and said it would $500 to fix. I found the part that was broken on-line for $160 and repaired it myself in less than 30 minutes and saved the $340 for labor! Do yourself a favor and find someone with a bit more honesty.
