Dr. Sandoval performed multi-focal lens replacements for me and I see him for annual eye exams. Very satisfied with all. They recently moved to a permanent and larger office with expanded staff.
Dr. Sandoval was excellent. He and his staff were welcoming and efficient. He spent lots of time with me explaining the diagnosis, answering my questions, and helping me make a plan to manage things moving forward.
I do not recommend this eye doctor. The first red flag was the office space. It's more akin to a storage unit than a medical facility. The doctor is condescending, lacking empathy, and added zero value. On a positive note, they were running on time and he did spend a good deal of time with me, he wasn't rushed. He very patiently told me absolutely nothing by using a bunch of analogies that seemed off base, and off putting at best. Apparently the whole problem is that I'm a woman and nothing can be done about that.
About 3 years ago I had my cataracts removed by doctor Sandoval. My yearly checkups showed his sincere concern. Recently I had an issue with my right eye. Dr. Sandoval met me at his office on Sunday to assess the problem. Thank you, Dr. Sandoval.
