Long overdue post on my part, but nonetheless Barry is a fantastic Realtor. My wife and myself moved to Vancouver from the Southeast in July of 2022 and waited close to a year to purchase a home. We contacted Barry at least 6 months prior to purchasing, but Barry was always there to answer any questions or to view a home.
