Dr. Slotky is why I vowed to never again go to a male OB. He condescended me the entire time I spoke with him, he dismissed my heavy menstruation as a miscarriage (when I wasn't active at the time) and he was super judgmental about my request to go on birth control. I can still hear 'This is birth control, not period control,' years after my appointment with him.

I was pregnant with my son, and this guy had the audacity to tell me at 12 weeks pregnant I was going to have to have a c-section. Needless to say I found a different more competent doctor. Delivered my son, perfectly happy with the assistance of a midwife. This man made my life hell while going to my prenatal appointments until I had enough. His "no nonsense approach" is out of date along with his doctoring.
