State Farms Insurances is one of the worst insurances companies out in the market. I submitted a claim on January 27, 2017 against one of their policy holders and as of today, March 11, 2017 they have provide me with four different settlements of total loss because they have made "mistakes" on all of the calculations. Every time I try to accept an offer they come up with a different lower settlement offer because they "forgot to include some," and when I try to question their numbers they don't have a clue how they got it. Since 2005, State Farm has insured 2 homes, all of my vehicles, business insurance and life insurance. Joseph Query is the agent. In the fall of 2016, I added 3 more vehicles to the Policy as well as Business liability for the contracting business I recently purchased. I told my agent representative I needed to be insured for at least $10,000 of new equipment. I was told I would be covered via the policies and not to worry.
