If a 0 rating was an option, that would be too generous. We purchased a new 2022 Santa Cruz and due to numerous engine and AC problems, we have had more than 12 scheduled appointments for repairs. To date, they have NOT resolved any issues. Twice we had appts scheduled for oil change and repairs, drove 60+ mikes, one way, and when we arrived, they said we would have to reschedule as their tech was not there. I’ve now purchased my third vehicle from Barry Sanders Super Center, and unfortunately this will be my last due to the complete lack of communication and transparency. When I purchased my brand-new 2026 Hyundai Santa Fe, there were clear agreements made as part of the deal—specifically a tow hitch installation and handling of the tag, title, and license. I had originally given this place a 5star…until I picked up my car on Saturday. I got no floor mats, one key fob, and less than 1/4 tank of gas upon picking up my car. This is beyond ridiculous and I would NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE!! DO BETTER!! It’s all about Customer Service. I will be reporting this facility to the BBB.
I have free oil changes because I have a new car
Went in for a complimentary oil change today and after the change I was informed that this was my last free oil change. I've only had the car for one year but was told when I purchased the car I would have 3 years of free oil changes. Also they apparently sent me a notification that additional work was recommended, but I didn't see the message. In the past they would come out and talk to me about the additional work including the additives to the oil and gas to keep the warranty in effect, but no one came out to talk to me a... read more
