If you expect basic communication and professionalism, avoid this place. I was working on a deal here and the lack of attentiveness is a joke. My salesman, Carlson Adams, couldn't be bothered to pick up the phone this morning to check in, get my paperwork moving, or tell me what was needed to get an approval finalized. Instead of securing a locked-in customer, he completely ignored the deal to just chase whatever walked through the door next.
