Went in a few weeks ago for a recall matter that I was assured not once but twice by the phone contact person that it was definitely a recall item and would be taken care of. Drove an hour down there for this issue to wait an hour and then get the attempted "clip" for almost $200 to see what was wrong with the very recall item we were there for. We went for a vehicle recall. When making the appointment the service technician knew what we were coming in for but failed to tell us we needed to have 2 estimates. Which one of the two required an appointment. Urrrrr
