Barry Sanders dealer GM Keith said that they misspoke and won’t pay the $1221 that they owe for the windshield warranty. They won’t even return calls to the Hyundai Manufacturer Case-manager that agreed that they owe me $1221. So if the GM Keith is not returning customer calls or Case Managers calls from the Hyundai Corporate, what makes you think he will return your calls?

Went in a few weeks ago for a recall matter that I was assured not once but twice by the phone contact person that it was definitely a recall item and would be taken care of. Drove an hour down there for this issue to wait an hour and then get the attempted "clip" for almost $200 to see what was wrong with the very recall item we were there for. Long story short, the service writer went total crazy eyes on me when I told her we weren't spending any $. I explained that we had been told 2X on the phone to bring it in for the r... read more

We went for a vehicle recall. When making the appointment the service technician knew what we were coming in for but failed to tell us we needed to have 2 estimates. Which one of the two required an appointment. Urrrrr
