When there was a Barry Sanders Nissan in Ardmore, OK in 2022, I bought a 2017 Ram 1500 Bighorn from them. The car salesman was a complete liar. His name is Sam Norwood, he told me the huge scratch on the windshield was a “smudge that just needed cleaned off.” I was excited about the truck so I believed him. I went to get an alignment after being told I needed a subframe alignment. I called and got an appointment scheduled. Dropped my car off and when I went to pick it up they didn’t give me an alignment paper showing it was inspect. “ our printer is down right now but we would tell you if we weren’t able to do the alignment.” I then asked to see if they could get me a paper because I knew how out of alignment my car was. Admittedly, my worst experience buying a vehicle (cars or motorcycles) and this is my 6th vehicle. They didn’t contact my bank (TFCU) who two weeks later when they found out no contact was made offered me the same contract at $10,000 cheaper warranties and gap insurance included. Felicia, the head of the loan branch in Stillwater can verify and I have the email to prove the correspondence.
