Barry is phenomenal. However, getting ahold of the front desk to schedule an appointment is nearly impossible. Once I finally got them on the phone, the woman I spoke to was far and away the rudest customer service interaction I've ever had in my life. I try to be understanding, but she clearly has something going on that day that she decided to take out on me.
