I have been taking my kids here over 8 years. And I used to recommend this office and Dr's. To friends and family ,not any more . This front Staff is very very rude on phone and in person. Highly not recommend.
Dr. Barry’s office is great! Both Dr. Barry and Barbara Ramirez NP take their time with their patients and go the extra mile. Dr. Maclean has a great sense of humor and loves to joke with the kids, and he will also personally call you to check up on your kids. Dr. Janai will even give you his personal number to make sure your kids are okay. The staff is so sweet and helpful as well! I have had nothing but great experiences with this group and recommend them to other parents all of the time.
My daughter and I had a horrible experience with dr berry so especially rude and egoistic. Was talking to me as if I was and idiot for asking question, was extremely rough with my then 1 yr old hurt her when he checked her ears. Extremely EXTREMELY RUDE !!! it honestly seems like he hates kids and his job... STAY AWAY!!!!
