Dr. Resnik is arrogant, demeaning, and very very focused on pushing biologics instead of taking a more complete approach to disease management. He doesn’t like to be questioned and he makes sure you know that. Dr. Resnik was a breath of fresh air, very professional and not only listened and understood my concerns, but had a protocol treatment, vitamin therapy, injections and creams that NO other Dr has ever offered, and significant improvements noted within the 1st month. My experience with Dr Resnik and his staff has been the most comprehensive care I've ever experienced with my skin condition. Highly recommend
Sent him an email on specifics regarding his manager Damarys Feliciano and her ineffectiveness, rudeness and unprofessional demeanor, Dr has yet to reply. It’s apparent he doesn’t care.
Dr. Resnik is an amazing doctor and his staff a the best.Appointments are always on time and Dr. Resnik is very professional, friendly takes the time to listen to your concerns and explains everything in detail and very clearly.
This doctor barely takes any time to understand your specific goals. If you happen to express concerns and/or questions, he condescends you and handwaves your thoughts away until you feel horribly insecure about any questions or worries you may have. He comes off as a physician who just wants you to sit down, shut up, and accept whatever he throws at you. Hardly the appropriate attitude to have given you are paying HIM obscene amounts of money and trusting him with your appearance.
I have yet to experience such an unprofessional, careless practice. The office was extremely sloppy and neglectful when it came to my insurance benefits. I told them several weeks in advance I was switching insurance so they should be sure to get the medication I needed approved and authorized right away. They actually failed to take care of this until a few days before, entered the wrong information and made me lose my benefits. First experience with a neglectful office in my life. Stay away.

We are sorry to read this review of our office and believe there have been many misconceptions about what occurred. We are not able to respond to them in this venue because of HIPAA laws protecting this patient's health information. However, many hours were devoted to this patient's insurance issues. Despite the total lack of respect for our staff, this patient was unhappy and could not be satisfied. We have many very happy patients and stand by the high level of care that we provide for them.
