Set up an appointment with them and she never showed. Called her and she first said she forgot and then said she had an emergency to handle. Set up another time - let her pick the date and time. Got an email the next day asking to confirm the date and time (but she didn't mention when it was, so it seemed like she forgot). I confirmed. She didn't show for the 2nd appointment. Not a word from her. I emailed her and asked her to be honest. Her answer is "we can't help you at this time". Why not tell me that upfront instead of ... read more
