This is a ridiculous excuse for a clinic and you should avoid it if you want to be treated like a human being. They are borderline negligent in their care. As context, in early December, I came down with a severe ear infection and my husband called them because they were in network. They informed him that because I was not an established patient I could not get in for 5 weeks, which spanned through the holidays.
