Professional, patient and detailed doctor and great office staff.
After traveling about 25 miles to visit the doctors office his staff was very professional and polite. As soon as he came in he asked me why am I here and told me he already saw me and went over everything. Why are we doing? It again? made me feel very uncomfortable, like I was wasting his time , So I told him sorry to waste your time, and my before I left, he waited to come out of the private room, and in front of everybody started yelling at me very unprofessional, very arrogant. The website needs to be updated. I just wasted my time on the phone because online says he takes my insurance but when I called he doesn’t. The staff was okay.
Excellent staff Love Paula at the front desk, all the girls in there are sweet and patient and Dr. Gach is very professional
