Our family of four lived in a rented house in Rocklin and the owner needed to sell. We decided to buy and not rent. We were in a time crunch and Barry got right on it and took us to over 30 houses, averaging 10 houses in 3 weekends. He didn't stop until we walked into where our home is now! We even put a bid in site unseen! Barry knew the history of the neighborhood and we trusted that knowledge. We love our neighbors and how convenient it is to places. He worked hard for us and we are well pleased!
I recently purchased my last home with Barry Mathis and from the beginning he was very punctual and prepared. He would come show me a property within 30 minutes of contacting him on many occasions that was unplanned in many cases which I felt was very accommodating being that I myself is very limited in time to go see property. I met Barry Mathis about 6 years ago when I went to a real estate workshop where Barry was also an attendee. At that time I owned 2 rental properties and was looking for someone who might help me manage and/or sell these properties. I had purchased these 2 properties at the tail-end of a very large recession and was just hoping to get back the investment I had into these properties. In the summer of 2017 I contacted Barry to sell my home because I have always known him as a person who does what he says he will. I live out of state and needed someone to sell my home with minimum need for my interactions. Barry did a great job: he gathered needed workers to get the improvements needed done. Barry is honest and hard working and I would use him as an agent to buy or sell a home.
Barry has been a pleasure to work with, and he is extremely honest. He has helped me purchase several homes, sell several homes, do a flip, and has helped me with some investments. He is extremely knowledgeable and very hard working. When I need to reach Barry by phone, text, or email, he is always quick to answer or get back to me.
