After being advised by my optometrist to seek treatment for glocoma, dr.Wepman neglected to treat the condition causing me a rear rental vein occlusion, losing the sight in the eye. Another error by him was treating me for an allergy when in fact a discovery by another Doctor in his office correctly diagnosed it as entropein, requiring surgery. Because of Wepmans Negnegence and misdiagnosence, I have suffered much pain and hardships for the past 15 Years
