Interesting, how does a doctor write "clinical notes" on a patient he's never seen nor spoken to in his life. The only person we seen for about ten minutes was a nurses aide, said she was his assistant. I thought a person had to be fully educated and fully trained and have in hand a state medical license and board certified in order to diagnose, implement treatment plans, and prescribe medications...not nurses aides.
