We had used Dr Bupp for a few years with great results, but his front office is inept. We switched insurance in 2025. We told them we switched and gave the new insurance. They neglected to tell us they don't accept our new insurance. Now they're trying to charge me $400 for 2 kids cleanings. I'm hoping the doctor sees this message, because I'm over fighting with his staff.
"They deserve 100 stars. They are kind and professional, providing service in a comfortable and family-oriented environment. I feel blessed by their wonderful service."
Dr. Bupp and his staff are amazing! They are kind and joyful, making the kids feel at ease and excited to be there. I cannot recommend Dr. Bupp enough!
We recently switched offices due to insurance and really like Dr. Bupp. Also, my kids love him. I’m glad we made the move.
