Horrible Customer Service, I was referred from my chiropractor to this firm to seek legal help for my car accident. When I spoke to the assistant she discouraged me from getting legal help. Then she move forward with getting my information and getting a document emailed to me for me to sign. I emailed her back and told her I was not going to sign. DO NOT COME HERE ! They are very unprofessional and careless, not once have I spoken to my actual attorney Krueger or Barry about my case. I always have to talk to a guy named Alex “assistant” and he always seems to send you to voicemail or brush you off to hang up so fast. They can’t even call you back when you leave a voicemail. How hard is that to do?!
