Unless I or a family member are deathly ill and have NO other choice, we will NEVER go to this hospital again! We were given inaccurate information by their staff, which caused us to incur hundreds of dollars for medical expenses that we should not have been responsible to pay. St Vincent s is an awesome Hospital. Outpost primary clinics have a lot to be desired. No on site physicians and the on staff medical assistants have Way Too much power; and not enough training to be the staff person to tell a patient or potential patient to go to the ER. Lack of good quality nursing care. Sad but true.

The office staff is amazing. The doctors, in my experience, are helpful and efficient. We had a very bad incident with one of the medical assistants, though. She was very rude, bad with small children, and harsh giving immunizations. My son bled a lot and now has a large bruise on his leg.
Excellent physicians. Friendly staff.Take most insurances.Nurse line to answer questions.
I really enjoyed delivering my baby at this hospital. Most of the staff was very friendly (theres always going to be a few RNs that make your stay anywhere not so warm and cozy) but overall it was a great hospital. They allowed 2 people to be present with me from laboring to delivery which was great! My doctor is absolutely superb! Dr. Laubschers group is a great team and Dr. Browning is the most caring doctor Ive ever met! This is probably the only hospital in town that you have a flat rate for parking in the lot, whether i... read more

Worst customer service ever. I went there for a CPAP machine. I live an hour away, and so I went in expecting to get my prescription filled and not make two trips. There was some paper work that needed to be approved, they said it would be 24 hrs. Three days later and multiple phone calls, and it still is not done. The insurance did their part but the business did not. They will not give me any prices and I am not leaving a business until I have a bill. I am not going to wait for them to bill me so they can make up the price... read more
