We would like to express our sincere appreciation for the care you gave our Mom (Doris Hoover) during her illness. Your organization really took excellent care of our Mom and gave us a peace of mind during her last days. Just as ridiculous as most Shelby doctors I ve seen. More interested in meeting regulations than treating patients. Its impossible to develop doctor/patient relations. If they were retail they would be out of business in a week.

I like a few of them and they are open late which is rare and they are friendly if they are having a good day the office itself is in terrible shape and could use some serious updating and remodeling. Dr Good is probably better than the rest of them, considering the only other option is shelby or spartanburg for my location this is good enough its better than no pediatrician at all or having to go to the er in the middle of the night. ~mother of 4
I have been seeing Dr. Hanger for several years and think he s great!He s very kind, patient & truly cares about his patient s. I ve never felt rushed nor have I had to wait on him! As he says, Cheers !
If you want to save yourself a lot of frustration and anger dont EVER go to Shelby Family Practice ! Its not the doctors , ITS THE OFFICE STAFF ! They are the most completely ignorant bunch of morons you will ever find assembled in one location. Its like a 3 ring circus with nothing but clowns ! I made one simple request , that they fax a perscription the doc had already given me . 5 days later it hadnt been done. They proceeded to denie any knowlege of me bringing it in and they had in fact lost the perscription. The worst ... read more

Rutherford Peds is horrible! Ive been taking my 5mth old son there every other wk for a mth trying to get them to test him for RSV because I was concerned about his cough & ear pulling. They kept telling me not to worry about it & that he just had fluid behind his ear....I got tired of them saying not to worry even though his cough kept getting worse, so I took him to the hospital where they FINALLY tested him for RSV which he did test POSITIVE for as well as having a middle ear infection!!! This a great office depending on the day. De La Garza is by far the best in the office. The nursing staff is not very friendly but overall, the office is good and they can always fit you in. The Ellenboro office is not very good.
