I was scheduled for a 10:15 new patient appointment. When I arrived the sign on the door stated they opened at 10:30. The office was locked and no one answered the phone when I called from the car. I waited for 45 minutes and no one arrived. Even after leaving a message on their machine no one has bothered to contact me. Not impressed!

STRATHAM FAMILY EYE CARE IS THE BEST !! I have been using them for over 20 years, since they opened !! My children went there as kids, (VERY FAMILY FRIENDLY), they are now grown and they still go there. My husband, who has perfect vision, goes there just in case.....to keep his eyes perfect! Barry diagnosed a condition in my optic nerve, and referred me to Boston's MASS EYE & EAR. They are VERY unprofessional I sat waiting for an appointment while the doctor sat in the lobby having a conversation about coffee instead of seeing me right away! Another time I went back because of an emergency situation and the doctor couldn't take 10 minutes to see me because he had to take his lunch. Just awful.

I finally found you. I loved going to your office when it was in Raymond, NH. Imagine my surprise when it was time for the 3 of us to get new glasses and exams to find your store closed & you have moved. You left no forwarding address to your patients, your office could not bother to send out a postcard to let us know where you were located? Your office had my name, phone number & address. I am extremely disappointed Barry. I always trusted & respected you.

Did this provider answer all of your questions? Yes Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy

How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive

They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
