Saw Dr. Krosser at Jefferson valley location for the first time today, front desk staff and nurse were extremely pleasant and kind. Dr Krosser was very thorough and explained everything carefully also listened to everything I had to say. Never felt rushed.
Dr. Barry Krosser, worst doctor I’ve ever met and I do not recommend him at all. I’ve dealt with him twice and both visits were intense, almost arguing, his staff is fine but him as a doctor, he has problems with his attitude and no bedside manner. He did not discuss MRI results with me, treats you like a drug addict when you ask for pain medication when you are swelled up and purple bruises are visible in serious pain he doesn’t care he doesn’t even act like he feels bad for what you’re going through. Dr. Barry Krosser is lthe worst doctor I’ve ever met and he’s supposedly a spinal specialist surgeon. Maybe when he first started years ago, he may have been good as a doctor, but now in 2025 Barry is BAD and I do not recommend him at all. He lost a good doctors touch and feeling. Front Desk Receptionist, Jane Ralola, is unable to manage patient records accurately, and she creates a hostile environment towards patients and staff while discriminating towards one's race, religion, and national origin. This entire office needs serious interventions and training that aligns to the Code of Conduct.
I had a gnarly ankle fracture 4 years ago. It was a very complicated surgery, with a surprise ligament tear that was discovered once I was opened up. He put me back together and placed a non-elastic rope/twine in my ankle for the ligament. The purpose of this is that my mobility could increase as apposed to screwing everything in place. I am now completely healed (praise be to God) and Dr. Krosser did an amazing job with my surgery. Highly recommend!
