Ghostbusters? Na Irma at State Farm ��� Great customer service !
Their staff is one of the best i have dealt with.! They are all so friendly and answer any question i have right away.! They gave me by far the best quote for insurance and it was a no brainer. Irma was the one i talked to and she was very knowledgeable and had an answer right away for me and not only explained it in great detail but made sure i understood. Definitely have recommended her to all my friends and family.!
I had a great experience with Charles Butler over the phone, he made the process very smooth and efficient. Charles provided extremely helpful detailed responses to my questions/ concerns in regards to the policy.
