The average wait time had been 1 to 1.5 hours in his office based my previous 3 - 4 visits. Today (1/20/2017) I waited 3 hours and he still did not see me. So, I walked out. Be warned !!!
His bedside manner is excellent and he also is very explicit in telling you of his procedures to make a patient like me very confident of his abilities.
Two hour wait, nurse telling me that my echocardiogram was fine when in actuality, I have a leaking mitro valve and them not calling back to switch my medication after I called four times. I do not recommend this practice. I am highly disappointed.
Complete confidence and trust in this man. Met him in 2001. He helped us get my mom transferred from a hospital in Atlantic City to Morristown. Gave her an add'l 2 years of life. Our family will never forget that. I have been going to him myself, since 2003. ONLY negative critique is waiting time. However, understand he is not out playing tennis, he is saving lives. If you don't like waiting, go to a different doctor, but if you want excellent care, Dr. Lowell is the man!!
