I would give zero stars if possible. My experience with Dr. Long was concerning and his conduct was unprofessional. Throughout the appointment, he was barely audible and frequently mumbled making it difficult to understand him. Dr. Long wrote my prescription by hand on a physical note and gave it to me. I couldn't understand what he wrote on my prescription slip, and when I asked the receptionist for clarification, she was also unable to read it. Dr Long was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. It was my first time visiting him, and I was concerned I had too many issues for one appointment, but he listened carefully, investigated each of my concerns, and told me what to do going forward, along with giving me a prescription. The receptionist was also very pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend Dr Long.
Dr. Long is a good Dr., however getting through on the phone is almost impossible. It’s really frustrating to be told to call the office and then never get the receptionist. If she does answer, she puts you on hold and never comes back. Maybe hire an extra receptionist???
Dr Long is awesome. He is very kind and knowledgeable.
Some of these reviews seem overly harsh to me. He’s old school but seems very skilled and the receptionist is good too.
