Before you hire a realtor please be sure to do the research and get a reputable one. We thought we did, but ended up here. They failed to sell our home and now brokerage is not releasing contract without signing a GAG order which we refuse to sign.
Had the displeasure of being forced to work with him during the sale of our home. The realtor we signed with had something more important to do and left us with Mr. Grooms. He called, badgering us about the pool (which is 44 years old) to sign an addendum for any work done on it. The buyers bailed and it took us 24 hours to contact him to learn that he lost the sale.
