He is phenomenal, his bedside manner and his surgical techniques. He exceeded all my expectations.
Honestly, 5 stars are not enough stars to describe my experience with Dr. Martin and his staff. I truly didn't expect to meet someone who is so brilliant, patient, kind, genuine, humble and who had a great sense of humor. Dr. Martin is a truly amazing surgeon, but he is also is way more than just a surgeon. I had a BA in May of 2021 and in July of 2021, I had to have one removed. Dr. Martin not only was skillful in repairing my breast reconstruction after my original reconstruction done in KS failed, he MADE time today to see me immediately after I had squamous cell carcinoma removed from my upper lip (MOHS procedure), AND then booked an OR to perform a reconstruction of my lip a few hours later. He has so many patients and yet he MAKES time without batting an eye. He is hopeful and beyond encouraging, when others seem to settle! I respect this man and am so grateful!
My husband had a cyst removed by this provider, he stated everything went well and nothing to worry about. About a week later my husband gets a phone call from Avera Hematology/Oncology stating he had an appt, he asks what it was for and the clerk asked if the doctor talked to him and he said no. They told him to contact him asap. He tried calling and the doctor went on vacation, he was supposed to call him before he left. Took all day for him to find out he had cancer lymphoma.
