Excellent care and knowledgeable, caring doctor and staff!
My cousin in Tupelo recommended ... and I visited Dr Bertolet at Cardiology Associates for a first visit today. I can't remember ever being EXCITED about a doctor visit like I was here. The doctor and the entire staff were professional, respectful, expediant, clean, well-organized, competent, knowlegable. PLUS I live in Hamilton AL and they have several locations ... Dr.Bertolet is the best...
Great cardiologist but, some of office staff are horrible. He needs to fire them and get compassionate employees. If you owe money dont sign anything stating a certain monthly amount because you're going to fcs as soon as you cant pay the ridiculous monthly amount. Really didnt need that after all I'd been thru. They should say if you make a payment of any amount monthly that it's ok because alot of people have to leave their employment and seek something else. If they would do this ppl wouldn't be as apt to stop making paym... read more
