I’m starting to really give up with Chevy. My Ev Blazer has been in the shop multiple times same issues, charging door, high voltage light.. they fix it and then when I bring up the issue and how it’s taking up my time bringing it in for the same issue every-time, they tell me to bring it up with customer care at head office so I call them.. another file has been open since Jan 2025 today Feb 19 just got a call from management.. she’s laughing on the other end.. Service department needs work, tried to get a few recalls looked after, called the dealer 3xs to book an appointment. They inform me they will call back when parts are in! Repairs done at a different dealer still havent heard from Cullen! What a joke

I love all gmc n Cadillac dealers but for real your making these people pop up when we looking at cars and they dont work there and have no clue what we need it does not make us want to buy it is just frustrating to not even get the information I asked for even tho if we click on your sight they pop up so for real stop using this bot they are not helping you at all they dont have information and dont work there look at pictures and just stop very disappointing that a bot was asking if I need help and they cant even help ????... read more
