Rude and unprofessional staff Had me come early as they close early I tried to help them by coming an hour before (10am) but still being delivered the truck at my original timing. They just had me come early so they can leave on time. Ridiculous I always face this issue with this agency Last time they couldn’t replace a windshield wiper because they only had ONE. Had to drive with one good viper and guess what on my second service they have none. 0 star
Do Not Waste Money on the $2500 Tag & Mobilizer from This Dealership I purchased my 2022 Escalade from this dealership in October 2024. During the sale, Adam strongly pushed me to purchase their tag and mobilizer security system — even after I made it clear I wasn’t interested in any extended warranty or extras. He told me it would help reduce my insurance, possibly enough to offset the $2500 cost. Later, I found out from my insurance that only a tag is required, which Speedy Glass installs for about $250. Very nice dealership. Elizabeth is one of the nicest I have worked with in any car dealership. She is very friendly, fun to work with and tries her best to give most competitive pricing.
