(Giving one star only because I couldn't give zero.) I took my Grand Cherokee in on a safety recall to replace or add a hitch to protect the gas tank in a collision. My vehicle had previously had a hitch, so it should have been a direct bolt on. They called me at my office and told me that they could not install the hitch because the bumper was bent and would not allow the bolts to fit. I went into this dodge dealership to get the trailer charging power restored to my 08 dodge ram diesel. After being hung up on and having it blamed on “switchboard problem” I went in person. Gave my information hoping for a return phone call for quotes. I never got a call back. Over a week later I call back, have to repeat myself and soon schedule drop off. They charged me 70 dollars for a 10 cent fuse and didn’t even check for terminal corrosion which caused the voltage drop and thus the current to rise and blow the fuse. S... read more
Barry Chrysler is NOT a place I would recommend going. I had my dodge ram 2500 break down while I was at a concert over in Quincy and took it to their shop. Not only did I have to call them to finally get an answer on what was wrong with it, but they couldn't even tell me what was wrong with the truck. They recommended that I get a new instrument cluster (gauges) and said that should fix the problem.
