He is the best ever
These guys are LIFESAVERS. Got me off the CPAP, got my insurance to pay for it. I simply couldn't believe it. I was so emotional. They truly helped me so much I am SO grateful. They dont waste any time, they scanned me right away and got to work on my mouthguard. Everyone there is SO friendly and knowledgable. USE DR CHASE!!!
Dr Chase has helped me so much with obstructive sleep apnea. I have been fighting with my loud cpep machine for years and used to wake up without it on my face, which caused me to stop using it. I used to use the TAP mouth device lbut they also didn’t work for me because my tongue would still roll back and cause me to choke. The device that Dr Chase ordered for me works amazingly well and he adjusts it for me as needed. I wish I had found Dr Chase years ago.
