Dr. Chase is a true gentleman, very knowledgeable and kind. Brenda and the rest of the staff in the Plainview location were awesome and very professional. Out of all the dental sleep specialists I contacted Chase Dental Sleep Care were the only folks who were in network with my medical insurance and took care of getting my sleep apnea oral appliance covered. I am truly grateful to them. My appliance fits great and I am looking forward to better sleep.

He is the best ever
These guys are LIFESAVERS. Got me off the CPAP, got my insurance to pay for it. I simply couldn't believe it. I was so emotional. They truly helped me so much I am SO grateful. They dont waste any time, they scanned me right away and got to work on my mouthguard. Everyone there is SO friendly and knowledgable. USE DR CHASE!!!
