Dr Chang is competent; however, he is condescending to clients. He tried to shame me for not knowing the technical names for male anatomy by saying all men should know their anatomy. Lol. While I don’t value his opinion, I would recommend not seeing this provider unless you have no other option as he is very conceited and has a God complex. Also - we went for my son and he is terribly inpatient with kids.
