I called the parts department to check on getting keys made for a 2024 express van. I had two keys and wanted a few more, because it is an activity bus for a local school system. I asked for a price, and was told that they were $84 each, and that they would not sell them to me until I contacted service to have them programed. I replied that I could do the programing myself. I recently purchased a 2025 malibu. It was a great experience. While I was there they spoke highly of there maintenance department. I decided to bring in my 2007 chevy silverado, and had a terrible experience. I got it towed there and they never called me. I waited a few days and called to see what was wrong. They had said it was starting but I sent it in because it wasn't starting. It sat there for 3 weeks and they finally got to it.
