Amazing staff! I placed a pickup order for 1 PM but got unexpectedly held up at work. I called at 2:05 to ask if I could still pick it up, and they were incredibly kind and accommodating. They had no problem holding my order for me. I order from here often via Uber Eats, and everything is always great. Thank you so much!
The bagels are good. The service is deplorable. The same rude lady handles is every time. She's kind to be everyone except me and my fiance. I thought she was just cranky until I saw he interacting with other customers. She's rude to just us. If it racism? I can't be sure. I couldn't stomach eating the bagel after that I'm done with barrys bagels.
Horrible ordered from there 2 times and both times they called to say they didn’t have what we ordered. What a joke
The staff here couldn't be friendlier or more accommodating. We were in from out of town and ended up going there twice. Fresh bagels. Tasty chicken salad. A good cup of coffee. They clearly knew their regulars but made an outoftowner feel just as welcome.
