I have had many problems living here. First, I have had many packages stolen because there is no security within the package room and it is a free for all of anyone in the building. The shower pressure is horrendous and the hot water throughout the apartment takes at least 15 solid minutes until it’s warm. All of my blinds in the unit have broke and needed to be replaced. Don't be fooled. Recent renovations were shoddy at best, my floors are super uneven. They did a terrible job cleaning the place before we moved in, the dishwasher and washer/dryer unit were both gross. We've had a locked up bike stolen from the bike room, and a laptop/monitor stolen from the package room. Some deliveries aren't even able to make it in the building and just sit outside. I do not recommend this building. Halls & common areas are constantly dirty and rarely get moped. Walls on common areas are damaged and look awful. I have had multiple packages stolen and continue to be stolen. Rent is extremely overpriced. The “rooftop” is disgusting and has minimal cheap plastic furniture. I am excited to find somewhere else to live.
Great neighborhood and fantastic location.
