Terrible service since advocate took over. No big surprise there. This office used to have walk ins available and someone locally to pick up the phone. Now you get routed to the rotary maze to speak with someone out of state. The first available appointment was next month or I could go to the immediate care for $1000.
Dr Altshuler has been our family pediatrician for 18 years. Never have I ever trusted a doctor more. My oldest is a former micro-preemie. We transitioned his care to Dr Altshuler when he was 5. I immediately knew we were in the right place. He addressed all our concerns calmly, effectively, was NEVER dismissive, and seemed to handle ALL his patients in the same manner.
