I had a situation with Southern Eye Group in Bay Minette, Alabama where they gave me the wrong prescription and I spent close to $400 getting new lenses, getting a new exam (to determine my real prescription) and the trouble of getting more glasses yet again. I called and called and they flat-out told me they were not reimbursing me and stopped taking my calls.
