Definitely do NOT recommend. Horrible experience. Dropped ring off on 3/27/23. Did not have ring finished on 4/14/23 date they guaranteed on invoice. We had to keep calling about whether the ring was finished. On 4/17/23 when we called we were told the ring had not been polished yet. When we finally went to pick ring up on 4/18/23, it had not even been resized which was the reason the ring was originally taken in for (along with a few repairs).
