I hired Barrow Construction to do a demolition and new single family house build for me. Their price was good and they did end up finishing the house which is why they get two stars. However, the project took much, much longer than they originally stated (which I understand happens) but this was excessive, I had several of their subcontractors complaining of non payment and or reaching out to me for bills due, and when the house was done it was clear that it was not completed with much care for the quality of work.
