Barrow Body Shop did excellent repairs on my 2014 Range Rover Sport a week ago November 2019. They went above and beyond. Even Buffed our scratches that were not a part of the repairs. Advisor Mike Waldrop did an excellent job keeping me informed on the status of my repairs. On the Friday I was supposed to pick up my truck up, it was raining, they kept it in the showroom overnight so I wouldn’t have to pick it up in the rain. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!! They have had our car for over 5 weeks now and it only had minor damage that our insurance company said could be done in 5 days! They do not return calls or emails and in general are rude. We have had to pay for the rental car since insurance stopped paying and Barrow refused to cover the extra days that they are taking! We found out that the car sat at Barrow for more than 2 weeks with no work done it! 2 weeks when we didnt need a rental. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere!!!
I’ve had my Audi at Barrow a few times. Dave is great and communicates very well to let you know the status of your vehicle. Barrows work is perfection! We hope to not have to come in again too soon..lol. but if anything ever happens we will always use Barrow! Thank you guys
