Meatballs are the best ever. Ravioli is a must try.

Terrible service. Ordered a pizza for march madness last weekend. Called everyday and spoke to Matt ( manager). He gave us a 50.00 gift card. Called Friday ....no drivers...called sat...no drivers...called Sunday...no drivers again. Their only job is to deliver and they have no drivers!! Worse yet they don't even call you back.
Never again will I orderer fron Barros in Maricopa. We placed an order they callec back to confirm and they never ever showed up. Callec the store many of times to see where our order was at and they would not snswer. Very poor service. Stll starving in Maricopa!!!

Today, I ordered my usual 2 dozen fire wings to pickup. Picked them up - got them back to my office - and there was only one dozen - major disappointment. Called them - the manager immediately offered to give me a credit for next time OR make the other dozen for me to pickup. So either I could waste my time and gas money driving back over there because of their mistake - OR, I could extend them a loan. Neither option appeals to me. Not only does Barros have the best pizza and wings in the valley, they have EXCELLENT customer service. From the people who answer the phone with a smile to the smiling delivery driver who is always on time if not early!! Thank you for your GREAT service!!
