Usually, I’m happy with the service and the food. But today I came in and wanted pepperoni pizza salad, and a drink. This makes the second time that I asked for pepperoni pizza slice, and was given something else because the worker didn’t take the time to look at what pizza was available. Some customers are very specific about their food. I usually come in there on my lunch break so I don’t always have time to wait for a fresh pizza. Sometimes giving a Refund is not Always the answer and no Other Solution was offered either!
I received the worst pizza from this location 59th 8/05 avenue,the pie wasn't fully cooked,and it was unessarly oily, I requested the to be cut in squares the individual I think may not have graduated from grade school because it was cut in large pieces,this particular location seems to be under poor management or the employee just don't care,sad I'm from Chicago the Barros family would never allow this.
