I have been a long time patron to this Barros. Tonight 05/03/2026 my food was exceptionally late. I called in the first time at an hour and 15 minutes from time of order and Ashley told me my food was on the road. (My home is a 5 minute drive from this location) 30 minutes later I call back as my food is still not there and this time Ashley was rude and disrespectful and took no accountability. I don’t know why, but it seems like when I called in for delivery It’s like you’re bothering the person on the other end of the phone. I called in Sunday 04/19/2026 1:00 pm and the girl that answered the phone seemed like she almost didn’t want to take the order. I asked her what specials they have and she kind of rudely said it’s the same specials that we have every day.
