I went in with my family (4 people; 2 toddlers ) there was two other people seated in the dining so when we were told it was going to be a 1 HOUR wait, I just looked at her waiting for an explanation and she's says it's because of all the online and take out orders. I let her know that was unfair and I don't understand how they can't prioritize one dine-in order over x amount of online orders. That's ridiculous wasting my time and gas to wait an hour?
